Standard residential reports are delivered within 30 minutes. Complex commercial structures may take up to 60 minutes. You will receive an email notification as soon as your report is ready.
Yes. During the order process you’ll have the option to upload your company logo (PNG or JPG). It will appear on the header of your branded PDF report.
Our measurements are certified to within ±1% for standard residential roofs. We use premium aerial imagery combined with our proprietary software and a mandatory human accuracy review before delivery.
You can submit a revision request inside your customer dashboard on the order # details page. Under our Accuracy Guarantee, we will re-measure the property immediately at no additional cost. No questions asked.
A PDF Squares Report is a human-readable visual document showing roof areas and pitches. An ESX file is a machine-readable data file that loads directly into Xactimate, automatically populating all measurement data into your estimate.
Yes, our ESX files are fully compatible with all modern versions of Xactimate. Select the ESX or PDF+ESX Bundle when placing your order.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information.
If your report has not yet been processed, you may request a full refund. Once processing begins, refunds are not available. However, if there is an accuracy issue with your report, we will re-measure at no cost or refund if we can’t perform the measurement at all (roof completely covered by trees with no images available to see the roof details).
