Do I need an account to order?
No. You can search an address and order as a guest; we email the report to you. A free account lets you try a subscription free for 30 days, keeps your order history, and lets you add your company branding and invite your team.
What's in a report?
A Premium Residential report is a full report with a PDF and full sketch of the roof. You can add the Xactimate (ESX) file for $5.
How fast will I get it?
Premium Residential reports are delivered in under 2 hours. Commercial reports are usually ready in about 8 hours.
How much does it cost?
You see the exact price for each report type before you order. Subscribers get lower prices on every report, and you can try a subscription free for 30 days. After the trial it's $100 a month (or $1,000 a year) unless you cancel.
Can my whole team use one account?
Yes. Invite your team, and choose who can order, who can see every report, and who can manage billing or the team.
